Refund Policy:

All sales are final, unfortunately, because the hair extension bundles cannot be resold and wigs are custom made. However, if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can contact us contact@superchichair.com.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase date. A 25% cancellation fee of THE TOTAL ORDER will be deducted.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund or replace your items. To better assist you, all orders come with a tracking number for you to give to the shipping company. Thank you for your business.
