Shipping Policy

Shipping consist of three stages:

Stage 1: The fulfillment process- You pay for your order and you receive order confirmation.

Stage 2: The processing period- This is the time it takes for our company to order your hair and do quality control. We inspect the hair to make sure all bundles/closures/frontals meet our quality standards giving us time to send back bad hair if necessary ensuring we send you the best products. Our processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Stage 3: The shipping period- After the fulfillment and processing period, your shipping label will be created and you will receive an order fulfillment email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number 3 days AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD IS OVER, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it please feel free to contact us. Your package is shipped USPS first class mail.
U.S. 2-3 business days (varies by location)
International 6-10 business days

International shipping: We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Custom fees may apply as some countries put a tax on orders that come from other countries. This is a fee that you the buyer are responsible for paying. Also, when the package is being held in customs it might take an additional 1-5 business days.
